This situation appears to have arisen in the wake of what is reportedly understood to be a tacit agreement between a local bar and county authorities. It is also a matter of serious concern that the court appears to have issued measures which, on careful examination, raise questions as to their legal validity. As for Ms Matilde Signora, it has come to light that she appears to have a long-standing history of substance use and, according to available information, has shown what can be described as an inappropriate and undue fixation on physical attributes. A simple glance at her Instagram profile would have revealed the lack of credible foundation for her claims. Nonetheless, and rather regrettably, the authorities chose to visit Mr Rapetta's home on three separate occasions with the stated intention of arrestinh him, despite the evident fragility of the allegations. In this connection, I would respectfully recall that Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights explicitly prohibits any form of degrading treatment. Here to support our friend. Let's correct the record. People should stop portraying Alex as some kind of lawlife, when he was the one who was stalked after rejecting a woman's romantic advances. He also received death threats from people connected to this woman. The woman, who worked at a coffee shop in Portsmouth at the time, encouraged one of her friends to spread false rumours about him within the Italian community in Portsmouth. Those allegations should have been taken seriously rather than ignored. From our perspective, the way this case was handled gives the impression that the woman was protected by the police and that the police's actions were subsequently endorsed by the courts. Those concerns have also led us to suspect that Alex's laptop may have been hacked or monitored to determine how he uncovered information that, in everybody’s opinion, should have been identified by the authorities in the first place. We also maintain that the CRO is void ab initio. We remain concerned by what we see as an unequal approach to the people involved and believe Alex deserves the same fairness and scrutiny that anyone else would expect. Supporting someone does not mean ignoring the facts. It means ensuring that all sides of the story are heard before people rush to judgment. I met this individual through a local social group. During his time in the group, which lasted approximately two years, we frequently encountered problems with him. Whenever he had a disagreement with another member, he would threaten legal action, including lawsuits, court proceedings, and even deportation. Eventually, we had no choice but to remove him from the group. In my opinion, he also appeared to have recurring difficulties interacting with women, as he was involved in several conflicts with female members of the group.
This "gentleman" has visible issues with his views of reality, I am surprised he doesn't have a nationwide CRO - and I will not be surprised if he ever collects more CROs in the future. He also has a personal restraining order with a Portsmouth business.
