Offence Details: Use a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance. Drive whilst disqualified. Use a vehicle without calibrated recording equipment. Fail to use a tachograph record sheet / record sheets / driver card. Contravene regulation made under section 98(4) / requirement of community rules re books / records / documents. Use on a road a motor vehicle / trailer in such a condition it caused / was likely to cause danger.
